Responsibilities
- Define test strategies, plans, estimates, execution approaches, and quality standards.
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize functional and technical quality risks.
- Design and execute functional, smoke, integration, regression, API, performance, load, stress, and other non-functional tests.
- Test web applications, mobile applications, APIs, and services using Gherkin and Postman.
- Manage defects, evidence, test data, and incident follow-up using Jira, Azure DevOps, and TestRail.
- Collaborate with development, product, and business teams to ensure solution quality.
- Participate in continuous improvement and test automation initiatives.
- Lead QA activities and support the definition of quality best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or professional degree in Systems Engineering or a related field.
- More than five years of professional experience in Quality Assurance and Testing.
- More than three years of manual functional testing experience on web and mobile applications.
- More than two years of service testing experience using Postman.
- More than one year of performance, load, and stress testing experience.
- Experience defining test strategies, preparing test plans and estimates, managing quality risks, and selecting functional and non-functional testing types.
- Experience with Postman, Jira, Azure DevOps, TestRail, Gherkin, PostgreSQL, Jenkins, GitLab CI, Git, GitHub, and Bitbucket.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment, defect management, web and mobile testing, and microservices environments.
- Knowledge of web, mobile, service, and microservices-based architectures.
- Preferred ISTQB Foundation or Advanced, Scrum, or TMMI training or certification.
- Preferred experience with Selenium, Appium, BrowserStack, mobile device farms, automated testing, functional test automation, and QA team or initiative leadership.
