Responsibilities
- Define testing strategies, test coverage, estimates, priorities, and plans for functional and non-functional testing.
- Design and document test cases and scenarios using Gherkin and BDD practices.
- Implement and maintain automation suites for functional, integration, regression, web, backend, desktop, API, and mobile testing.
- Execute functional, integration, regression, performance, load, security, and non-functional tests across development and certification environments.
- Manage and optimize manual and automated test cases, test repositories, test data, and defects through resolution.
- Monitor test execution results and deliverable quality, identifying risks, blockers, and dependencies.
- Perform post-production validation and ratification testing.
- Promote Continuous Testing and continuous improvement within the team.
Requirements
- More than four years of experience in Quality Engineering, QA Automation, or Software Testing.
- Experience with ISTQB standards, advanced testing techniques, test strategy design, BDD, and Gherkin.
- Experience automating backend, web, and desktop tests.
- Experience with Selenium, Rest Assured, Karate DSL, Serenity, Appium, and Cucumber.
- Experience developing test automation with Java and JavaScript.
- Experience managing test cases and defects with Jira and Xray.
- Experience with API testing using Postman and continuous testing using Jenkins and Bitbucket.
- Experience executing functional, integration, regression, performance, load, security, and mobile testing.
- Knowledge of Continuous Testing and Performance Testing frameworks.
- Desirable experience with DevSecOps testing practices, configuration management, branching strategies, Dynatrace, MongoDB, OWASP, and automation design patterns.
