Responsibilities
- Design, code, orchestrate, and deploy autonomous AI agents from scratch for critical finance workflows.
- Apply data analytics and AI/ML algorithms to predictive forecasting, anomaly detection, reconciliation, matching, parsing, and work prioritization.
- Build algorithms for complex optimization problems across large financial datasets.
- Create dashboards and visualizations to monitor agent health and demonstrate automation performance.
- Own the full product lifecycle, including requirements, coding, model training, deployment, and iteration.
- Deliver measurable outcomes for Fortune 500 clients and communicate product impact to senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- Demonstrate first-principles thinking and the ability to solve ambiguous problems.
- Have strong technical acumen and system-design knowledge.
- Have an excellent academic record from a top-tier IIT.
- Have functional programming skills, preferably in Rust.
- Have object-oriented programming skills in Python or Java.
