Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Solution Advisors supporting the DACH sales organization.
- Provide technical guidance to sales teams, business partners, prospects, and customers.
- Install, configure, troubleshoot, and demonstrate WalkMe solutions.
- Deliver customer demos, workshops, and custom proof-of-concept engagements both remotely and on site.
- Assess customer requirements, identify business problems, and architect appropriate solutions.
- Whiteboard business concepts and technical architectures and communicate business and technical value.
- Lead value discussions with C-level stakeholders and detailed technical discussions with IT teams.
- Prepare technical specifications and requirements documentation for proposed solutions.
- Provide field feedback to influence future product requirements and enhancements.
- Collaborate with internal teams and customers while traveling as required.
Requirements
- Strong practical experience and demonstrated achievement with SaaS solutions as a Sales Engineer or Solution Architect.
- Experience working with enterprise software products or services; service management and/or integration experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience assessing customer requirements, identifying business problems, and demonstrating proposed solutions.
- Direct or digital sales experience is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree or global equivalent experience in an IT, business, or sales-related field is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and discuss emerging technologies and events.
- Adaptability and a hands-on, execution-oriented approach in a fast-moving environment.
- Fluency in German and proficiency in English.
- AI experience is required.
