Responsibilities
- Design and maintain system tests for the TM500/E500 products.
- Lead testing for protocol features and analyze new protocol functionality.
- Create test plans, test cases, test specifications, and automated system test scripts.
- Capture and diagnose product issues and communicate findings through accurate technical reports.
- Analyze captured data against expected outcomes.
- Provide high-level technical support to customers regarding 3GPP protocol behavior and TM500/E500 operation.
- Independently resolve product problems and collaborate with software, hardware, and customer teams.
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent experience in telecommunications, electronic engineering, or software engineering.
- Good understanding of mobile telecommunications across at least two technologies, including NR/5G or LTE/4G.
- Proven experience analyzing protocol features and creating protocol test plans.
- Proven experience developing protocol tests and writing test scripts.
- Experience with IP-based data applications such as FTP, HTTP, RTSP, VoLTE, or VoIP.
- Python scripting experience is desirable but not essential.
- Ability to produce strong technical documentation and solve issues using varied methods and techniques.
- Proven analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and independent-working skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently and as part of a team.
