Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements and translate them into feasible software designs.
- Develop, modify, test, debug, and maintain software programs and modules.
- Automate software validation by designing and executing test cases, scenarios, and usage cases.
- Investigate system issues, perform root-cause analysis, and recommend performance or availability improvements.
- Prepare code, documentation, flowcharts, layouts, reports, and project status updates.
- Coordinate with project teams, functional teams, engineering staff, stakeholders, and clients to support delivery.
- Provide customer support, capture requirements and clarifications, respond to requests, and track faults and feedback.
- Support continuous integration, deployment, monitoring, quality assurance, customer satisfaction, and MIS reporting.
Requirements
- Mandatory experience with Oracle Application Express.
- 3–5 years of professional experience.
- Ability to analyze requirements, design and develop software, troubleshoot defects, and perform software testing.
- Ability to create technical documentation and reports and communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Willingness to participate in continuing education, training, and skill-upgrading certifications.
