Base Salary
$200k - $245k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver large-scale, high-quality UI solutions using React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Build and evolve a UI component library for consistent user experience.
- Champion accessibility to ensure an inclusive experience for all users.
- Prototype quickly and iterate to create user-ready experiences.
- Write effective unit and end-to-end tests for high-quality software.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend engineers.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives and mentor team members.
- Participate in on-call or off-hours duties as required.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience building modern, high-performance web applications.
- Self-starter mindset with a track record of learning quickly.
- Ability to solve complex problems with a focus on customer impact.
- Proven ability to write clean, scalable, and testable code.
- Experience partnering with designers and product managers.
- Background in data visualization or analytics interfaces is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
