Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Own and drive technical outcomes across multiple teams and organizations.
- Define long term technical strategy and partner with senior Product and Engineering leaders.
- Tackle ambiguous technical and product problems.
- Remain hands on in software development for critical system components.
- Influence and align roadmaps across organizations.
- Architect and evolve foundational systems for new product capabilities.
- Model exceptional technical judgment and execution rigor.
- Drive AI adoption to enhance productivity and develop AI-based features.
Requirements
- Advanced degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent industry experience.
- 15+ years of experience designing and evolving large scale software systems.
- Demonstrated success at a Principal level, influencing long term technical direction.
- Strong experience building consumer facing products at scale.
- Broad technical expertise across multiple domains including frontend, mobile, and distributed systems.
- Practical experience with modern ML and LLM based APIs in production systems.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to senior audiences.
