Responsibilities
- Develop, code, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
- Design and deliver AI-driven solutions using Generative and Agentic AI to address business challenges and automate processes.
- Integrate intelligent insights into enterprise workflows and align AI capabilities with business objectives.
- Provide application support, troubleshooting, system performance optimization, and technical documentation.
- Work independently as a subject matter expert and contribute to team discussions and problem-solving.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system performance and reliability.
- Contribute to application support best practices and solution implementation.
Requirements
- At least 15 years of professional experience in Microsoft Cloud Enterprise Architecture.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Cloud Enterprise Architecture and strong understanding of cloud computing principles and architecture.
- Strong knowledge of Generative AI, Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks.
- Experience with application support and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and performance optimization techniques.
- Ability to align AI capabilities with business objectives while ensuring scalability, responsible use, and measurable value.
- Ability to document technical processes and solutions clearly.
