Responsibilities
- Collaborate with teams to identify gaps and design automated solutions.
- Design and build scalable full stack tools with company-wide impact.
- Add and deploy features to existing applications.
- Build and maintain integrations with third-party SaaS platforms.
- Participate in a team on-call rotation to troubleshoot issues.
- Continuously improve CI/CD pipelines for development velocity.
- Contribute to architectural discussions and define technical direction.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Significant experience in one or more programming languages (e.g., Go, Python).
- Experience designing, building, and deploying scalable applications and APIs, preferably in AWS.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with remote team members.
- Proactive in identifying and proposing system improvements.
- Familiarity with AI tools for coding and problem-solving is a plus.
