Base Salary
$160k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build AI systems and traditional application code for Coworker’s enterprise AI platform.
- Own new products from zero to one, including system design, implementation, and deployment.
- Guide early technical architecture decisions and establish engineering culture and standards.
- Manage and mentor junior engineers.
- Partner with the product team on team vision, strategy, roadmap, and innovative solutions.
- Drive key business metrics and advance enterprise AI capabilities.
- Use AI aggressively to improve personal and team development velocity.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree, preferably in Computer Science.
- 4–8+ years of professional software development experience.
- Experience owning products from zero to one through system design, implementation, and deployment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Comfort using AI to improve development velocity.
- Primary languages include Go, TypeScript, and Python.
- Ability to work autonomously, provide technical thought leadership, and handle ambiguous problems.
