Responsibilities
- Develop scalable, reliable, and manageable enterprise architecture solutions for new deals and major change requests.
- Provide solution designs for client RFPs and ensure design assurance and conformance with enterprise architecture principles.
- Lead technical design, development, implementation, integration, documentation, risk mitigation, and quality assurance activities.
- Enable delivery teams with frameworks, reusable tools, automation recommendations, metrics, and technical mitigation support.
- Collaborate with sales, consulting, project, program, IT, product, and client teams to reconcile requirements and deliver solutions.
- Present solution designs to clients, support pre-sales, negotiate requirements, and build trusted-advisor relationships.
- Develop proofs of concept, demos, case studies, white papers, blogs, and points of view for new growth areas.
- Mentor developers, designers, and junior architects and contribute to architecture practice activities.
- Manage team resourcing, onboarding, training, performance reviews, retention, diversity, engagement, and career progression.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience.
- Mandatory experience with MSD365 customization and configuration.
- Ability to design enterprise-wide architectures and provide technical leadership for custom technology solutions.
- Experience with solution design, architecture documentation, integration evaluation, risk analysis, and delivery support.
- Ability to communicate architectural recommendations and present solutions to clients and executives.
- Experience mentoring technical professionals and managing team performance and talent development.
- Completion of relevant training and certifications is expected.
