Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of SAP Finance solutions across complex transformation and cloud adoption programs.
- Define finance architectures, organizational structures, charts of accounts, governance frameworks, and financial operating models.
- Translate strategic business objectives into scalable SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions.
- Lead solution design, integration strategy, data management, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Conduct client workshops, fit-to-standard sessions, solution reviews, and executive presentations.
- Manage onsite and offshore delivery teams, resources, deliverables, risks, quality, and stakeholder expectations.
- Mentor team members and drive knowledge sharing, collaboration, continuous improvement, and adoption of emerging SAP capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 9-11 years of SAP Finance consulting, solution architecture, and transformation experience.
- Deep expertise in SAP Finance, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Tax, Controlling, SAP New GL, and SAP S/4HANA Finance.
- Hands-on SAP S/4HANA Cloud experience, including SAP Public Cloud implementation experience.
- Experience designing SAP organizational structures and charts of accounts and translating business requirements into scalable solutions.
- Extensive knowledge of IFRS and GAAP accounting principles, intercompany transactions, eliminations, financial consolidations, and multinational environments.
- Experience serving as SAP FICO Lead on multiple full-lifecycle implementations and leading global delivery teams.
- Proven ability to manage onsite and offshore resources, deliverables, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
- Strong executive presence and ability to communicate with and influence C-level stakeholders.
- Ability to present multiple solution options, architectures, and technology strategies.
- Demonstrated success mentoring teams, sharing knowledge, and maintaining current SAP and industry knowledge.
- Professional consulting services experience is highly preferred.
- Strong time management, organizational, communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and independent problem-solving skills.
