Responsibilities
- Create detailed, comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Design and execute automated test scripts and analyze results.
- Perform exploratory, manual, and regression testing across Android, iOS, macOS, Linux, RESTful APIs, and servers.
- Identify, investigate, document, and track bugs.
- Determine testing steps needed to increase product confidence.
- Partner with DevOps and Development to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing features.
- Stay current with testing tools and strategies.
Requirements
- Significant experience in a QA Engineer role, ideally working with endpoint agents.
- Experience integrating modern GenAI tools and methodologies into daily work processes.
- Experience developing automated test scripts.
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Proven ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Experience translating use cases and technical specifications into test cases.
- Proven experience conducting manual testing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluent English and Spanish.
- Independent, self-directed learning ability and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with automation testing tools is advantageous.
- Android instrumentation testing and iOS UI testing experience is advantageous.
- Expertise in Android, iOS, macOS, or Linux platform internals is advantageous.
- Security testing and performance/load testing experience are advantageous.
