Responsibilities
- Build end-to-end product experiences for compensation communication.

- Develop AI-powered compensation intelligence features.
- Define technical architecture, engineering patterns, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with Product and Design to shape the product roadmap.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-stack experience building customer-facing web applications.
- Strong product instincts to translate requirements into technical decisions.
- High standards for engineering quality, testing, and reliability.
- Ability to clarify ambiguous problems and focus on high-impact opportunities.
- Collaborative technical leadership skills across Engineering, Product, and Design.
- Experience with TypeScript, Node.js, React, and GCP.
