Responsibilities
- Drive projects from problem statement to implementation, taking ownership over everything from business impact to operational excellence.
- Build high-quality full-stack product experiences, demonstrating deep care for users' needs.
- Develop APIs and services that integrate with Stripe’s existing product ecosystem.
- Partner with teams across Stripe to leverage existing products, systems, and infrastructure.
- Experiment with and leverage AI to build new products and improve existing workflows.
Requirements
- 2-12+ years of industry software engineering experience.
- Capable of navigating new codebases, languages, and technologies to ship products.
- Reasoned judgement to unblock yourself and make rapid forward progress in ambiguous domains.
- Comfort experimenting in a new product space and pivoting based on customer needs.
- Superb communication skills working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- User empathy and a customer-centric approach to problem solving and product development.
