Responsibilities
- Engage with CTOs and technical leads to share technology roadmaps and define solution strategies.
- Lead technical discussions and solution deep dives with users.
- Advocate for customer needs internally to influence product direction.
- Plan and participate in quarterly business reviews and account planning.
- Create technical content and speak at industry conferences.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in pre-sales, technical architecture, or related roles.
- Strong technical knowledge in software architecture and technology stacks.
- Ability to write code.
- Experience with large enterprise customers.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English.
