Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare technical design specifications.
- Drive architectural governance activities and platform convergence.
- Plan engineering initiatives and feature delivery while balancing customer delivery with organizational health.
- Identify application improvement opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
- Lead architecture and design sessions, conduct code reviews, and assist development teams with product feature delivery.
- Mentor development staff and foster learning, communication, and effective technical decision-making.
- Lead or contribute to cloud, DevOps, and AI modernization initiatives.
- Communicate technical direction and feedback to executive leadership, peers, stakeholders, and development teams.
Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of experience in .NET full-stack development or software development.
- Significant experience designing and implementing reliable, scalable systems and system engineering solutions.
- Fluency and specialization in modern languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
- Experience building products using microservices architectural patterns and extensible REST APIs.
- Familiarity with continuous delivery and infrastructure as code.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, automation, and engineering toolchains.
- Ability to translate AI innovation into business and productivity impact.
- Preferred experience with application monitoring tools and performance assessments.
- Understanding of security architecture, protocols, and products including Active Directory, Windows Authentication, SAML, and OAuth.
- Experience with AWS and Azure, preferably in multi-cloud environments.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 15 years of full-time education.
