Base Salary
$163k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Shape the future of the Software Development Life Cycle with AI agents.
- Bridge coding and infrastructure to support US-based engineering teams.
- Act as the architect and owner of the cloud-only infrastructure.
- Work across cloud and applicative infrastructure to solve complex challenges.
- Identify and resolve friction points in the developer experience.
- Collaborate with business teams to ensure platform innovation and value.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience as a Software Developer in a cloud-oriented organization.
- B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Proven record of leading meaningful projects.
- Solid experience with languages such as Java, Kotlin, JS, TS, bash, or Python.
- Experience in improving development processes and developer experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to new technologies.
- Self-driven with a curiosity for AI technologies.
- Understanding of CI/CD methodologies and hands-on experience with Jenkins pipelines is a major advantage.
- Solid orientation to Cloud/Infrastructure-As-Code concepts is a major advantage.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes and Containers is a major advantage.
- Knowledge of build tools like Maven/Gradle/npm/nx is an advantage.
- Familiarity with software test methodologies and observability tools is a major advantage.
- Experience with Internal Developer Portal/Platform and self-serve tools is a major advantage.
