Responsibilities
- Analyze, prioritize, and resolve items in the Blue Yonder WMS backlog.
- Design, develop, configure, and implement custom Blue Yonder WMS solutions using MOCA, Page Builder, and Integrator.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Blue Yonder WMS and ERP, TMS, and OMS systems using APIs and middleware tools.
- Create and modify reports with Jasper Reports and design warehouse labels using NiceLabel or Blue Yonder Label Designer.
- Conduct unit testing, support user acceptance testing, and oversee feature and defect deployments.
- Provide Level 2/3 WMS support and troubleshoot issues affecting warehouse operations.
- Maintain technical and operational documentation and recommend system enhancements.
- Coordinate communication between offshore and onshore teams and manage stakeholder updates, risks, and issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- At least five years of hands-on Blue Yonder WMS development and configuration experience.
- Proficiency with MOCA, Page Builder, and Blue Yonder Integrator.
- Strong SQL skills for data analysis and reporting.
- Experience developing APIs and enterprise integrations.
- Familiarity with Jasper Reports and label design software.
- Understanding of warehouse operations and related systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in multicultural environments and coordinate teams across time zones.
- Preferred qualifications include Blue Yonder Labor Management or Yard Management experience, knowledge of other WMS or supply chain systems, Blue Yonder or supply chain certifications, and familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
