Responsibilities

Build and improve React Native mobile apps for EV drivers and customers, including charger discovery, payments, tracking, and charging optimization.
Develop React websites for customers, partners, and the public.
Build Python backend services, APIs, business logic, data pipelines, and integrations.
Create internal optimization tools for monitoring, analytics, and workflow automation.
Collaborate with product, design, hardware, firmware, and operations teams on end-to-end features.
Debug, monitor, optimize, and maintain production software for reliability and speed.

At least 1.5 years of professional software development experience with strong full-stack exposure.
Hands-on experience building modern web and/or mobile applications.
Strong proficiency in Python, React, and React Native preferred, or equally strong fundamentals in a comparable modern stack.
Strong understanding of backend services, RESTful APIs, and databases.
Demonstrated builder mentality, structured problem-solving, ownership, and ability to learn new tools and frameworks quickly.

Own features end-to-end in a small, high-impact team.
Work with modern frameworks and tools in a fast-paced environment.
Make technical and product decisions that shape customer experience.
Gain exposure to mobile apps, websites, internal tools, and cloud platforms.
Work in the electric mobility sector on products used by thousands of customers.
Full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru, India.
