Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Build and deploy AI agents and agent-assisted workflows for prioritized GTM problems.
- Own solutions across technical design, prototyping, implementation, testing, evaluation, release, monitoring, and post-launch iteration.
- Write, review, and debug code extending low-code platforms and connecting GTM systems.
- Integrate Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Slack, and internal data using APIs, webhooks, middleware, and native integrations.
- Build automations and orchestrations using Salesforce, Cursor, Claude Code, and AI-assisted development environments.
- Implement production controls including human review, observability, error handling, permissions, auditability, sensitive-data safeguards, and rollback paths.
- Create reusable technical components for multiple agents and workflows.
- Partner with Engineering, Data, IT, and Security on architecture, production readiness, governance, and release standards.
- Troubleshoot agent logic, integrations, Salesforce, permissions, automation, and data-flow issues.
- Measure adoption, reliability, time saved, data quality, pipeline impact, and revenue outcomes.
- Document architecture, decisions, runbooks, and operating procedures.
Requirements
- 6+ years of progressive experience in GTM Engineering, Business Systems, Solutions Engineering, Growth Engineering, Data Engineering, Revenue Operations Systems, or a comparable technical role.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience building and deploying production LLM-powered agents, copilots, or business automations.
- Evidence of shipped work through GitHub repositories, deployed products, technical case studies, or comparable examples.
- Proficiency in at least one production programming language such as Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, or Apex, plus working knowledge of SQL.
- Strong hands-on experience with APIs, webhooks, JSON, authentication, data mapping, and integration troubleshooting.
- Experience operating production automations or agents, including testing, evaluation, monitoring, failure recovery, access controls, and change management.
- Strong Salesforce experience covering data modeling, Flow, permissions, APIs, automation, and production support.
- Experience with modern orchestration, automation, enrichment, or AI development platforms.
- Practical understanding of enterprise GTM workflows across sales cycles, marketing funnels, pipeline management, and post-sale delivery.
- Track record of owning ambiguous technical problems and delivering maintainable solutions.
- Clear communication and documentation skills for explaining technical tradeoffs to business and engineering partners.
- Preferred experience with ZoomInfo, Clay, signal-based workflows, buyer-intent data, enrichment, account prioritization, or opportunity scoring.
- Preferred knowledge of agent frameworks, Model Context Protocol, tool calling, retrieval-augmented generation, semantic search, or evaluation frameworks.
- Preferred experience with Salesforce and integrated-application development and release tooling.
- Salesforce platform-development certifications are preferred.
Benefits
- Posted pay range is $86,250–$145,000 USD annually.
- For OTE roles, the stated range may include base salary and target incentive compensation, with possible ramping draw periods.
- Starting pay considers work location, skills and experience, market demands, and internal parity.
