Responsibilities
- Oversee the technical solutions of the delivery team.
- Collaborate with distributed developers, quality assurance, project management, and product management teams to deliver quality software.
- Design, develop, and deploy PEGA-based software solutions.
- Contribute to technical design, process modeling, monitoring and reporting, task and service implementations, work management, event handling, integrations, work assignment, access and security, and versioning.
- Support business and production applications by analyzing incidents, identifying root causes, and correcting defects.
- Implement and maintain quality code within PEGA Guardrails.
- Develop automated and manual unit tests.
- Mentor other PEGA developers and provide technical leadership.
- Conduct JAD sessions and workshops with architects, application leadership, and business stakeholders for business process analysis and modeling.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or 5+ years of equivalent IT experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in business process management, business continuous improvement, or a related field.
- Extensive experience with Pega PRPC and understanding of BPM modeling and requirements tools.
- Pega CSA, Pega CSSA, or Pega LSA certification is preferred.
- Demonstrated process modeling, process definition, business analysis, business design, business modeling, testing, and solution definition skills.
- Experience providing technical leadership to teams and mentoring PEGA developers.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, complex, and distributed organizations.
- Demonstrated record of consistently delivering high-quality software solutions.
- Ability to make strategic decisions considering short- and long-term implications.
