Responsibilities
- Design and ship full-stack products across the insurance lifecycle.
- Build AI-native underwriting systems to assist decision-making.
- Create claims tooling that automates review and document processing.
- Develop internal operational platforms for managing healthcare spend.
- Build member-facing products that integrate conversational AI.
- Design systems that improve operational performance over time.
- Work with operational teams to eliminate manual work.
- Own projects end-to-end, from architecture to deployment.
Requirements
- Deep experience designing and scaling complex software systems.
- Exceptional judgment across product, engineering, and operational tradeoffs.
- A track record of leading ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong intuition for AI's impact on workflows and operations.
- Ability to simplify complex organizational problems into scalable systems.
