Responsibilities
- Analyze client requirements and convert them into feasible software designs.
- Develop, modify, test, troubleshoot, and maintain software programs and modules.
- Automate software validation by designing and executing test cases, scenarios, and usage cases.
- Perform root-cause analysis, resolve system issues, and recommend performance or system improvements.
- Support software integration, deployment, monitoring, release schedules, and quality assurance activities.
- Collaborate with functional teams, systems analysts, engineering staff, project managers, and clients.
- Prepare project documentation, code comments, reports, flowcharts, layouts, and status updates.
- Capture client requirements, respond to customer requests, obtain feedback, and support on-time delivery.
- Participate in continuing education, training, and certification activities.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of professional experience.
- Mandatory skills in AI/ML and RPA.
- Experience with software development, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and client-facing delivery.
- Ability to analyze requirements, design software solutions, perform root-cause analysis, and improve system performance.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and cross-functional stakeholders.
