Base Salary

$150k - $242k/yr

Responsibilities

Define project milestones and manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
Evaluate project timings with customers and adjust resource needs accordingly.
Execute projects as the single point of contact and track progress.
Engage customers to understand pain points and identify further project opportunities.
Help execute release plans for software and hardware components.
Provide regular updates to internal teams on customer use cases.
Serve as a vital point of contact for customers, understanding their requirements.
Coordinate internal and external teams and align technical roadmaps.
Ensure technical alignment between customer needs and solutions.
Drive problem-solving and decision-making across teams.

3+ years of industry knowledge in vehicle software development and production processes.
Bachelor, Master, or PhD degree in Mechanical, Electronics, Computer Science or related engineering field.
Prior experience with delivering complex OEM projects at an OEM or Automotive Tier 1.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in English.
Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working directly with customers.
Willingness to travel abroad to support project needs (up to 10%).
