Base Salary
$179k - $204k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the strategy and execution for the Cloudflare ecosystem to secure the network edge.
- Lead the design of security controls within Google Cloud Platform.
- Architect and verify security for GKE environments.
- Embed security into CI/CD pipelines using Infrastructure as Code.
- Lead threat modeling for critical applications and feature releases.
- Mentor engineers on secure coding standards.
- Lead the technical response to complex security incidents.
- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify control gaps.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Information Security with expertise in network architecture.
- Master’s degree in Cybersecurity required.
- Deep experience securing Google Cloud Platform, including Vertex AI and BigQuery.
- Proven ability to manage and tune Cloudflare and CrowdStrike Falcon.
- Expert proficiency in Python and working knowledge of Terraform and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Strong understanding of Kubernetes security.
- Solid understanding of risk assessment methodologies and compliance frameworks.
