Responsibilities
- Partner with business teams to identify opportunities for AI to improve processes, solve business challenges, and support strategic goals.
- Design, build, and deploy machine learning models, GenAI applications, agents, and data pipelines.
- Monitor and optimize production AI solutions using performance data and user feedback.
- Help establish development standards, reusable tools, and best practices for AI development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in AI, machine learning, data science, or software engineering.
- Hands-on experience building and deploying machine learning models and GenAI applications.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL, including experience building data pipelines and integrating data across systems.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to simplify complex technical information.
