Base Salary
$120k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Drive cross-functional technical projects and optimize the current tech stack.
- Conduct deep discovery on stakeholder needs and design custom technical solutions.
- Collaborate with customers to enhance their journey and engagement.
- Build business analytics solutions for actionable insights on customer health.
- Evaluate and implement new technologies based on business requirements.
- Enhance system integrations using AWS, databases, APIs, and automation tools.
- Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to maximize operational efficiency.
- Act as a subject matter expert for business operations systems architecture.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Python and SQL.
- 2+ years of experience in building and scaling business operations with a technical focus.
- Hands-on experience with systems development, data administration, and integrations.
- Strong problem-solving skills to design and optimize scalable systems.
- Experience working cross-functionally with stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts into actionable insights.
- Willingness to work in person at the office 4-5 days a week.
