Base Salary
$120k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional technical projects and own, optimize, and extend third-party and proprietary business operations systems
- Discover stakeholder needs and design and build custom solutions for automation, analytics, and workflow scalability
- Collaborate with customers and operations teams on customer journey milestones
- Build business analytics solutions for customer health, retention, and expansion insights
- Evaluate, select, and implement new technologies
- Use AWS, databases, APIs, webhooks, and automation tools to improve integrations and operational efficiency
- Partner with Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Data, and leadership teams to maximize adoption
- Serve as a subject matter expert on business operations systems architecture and operational improvements
- Attract top-tier talent to the team
Requirements
- Proficiency in Python and SQL
- At least 2 years of experience building and scaling business operations with a technical focus
- Hands-on experience with systems development, data administration, APIs, webhooks, custom workflows, and integrations
- Ability to design, implement, optimize, and troubleshoot scalable systems
- Experience working cross-functionally with stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts into actionable insights
- Willingness to work in person at the offices 4-5 days per week
- Preferred: experience with platform architecture and analytics in a SaaS environment
- Preferred: experience with AWS cloud infrastructure
- Preferred: experience in client-facing roles
- Preferred: understanding of SaaS metrics, strategies, and lifecycle management
