Responsibilities

  • Design and build Nexthink dashboards, investigations, data models, campaigns, alerts, remote actions, and automation flows.
  • Develop proactive remediation, self-healing, and automated workflows to improve endpoint visibility, performance, and incident prevention.
  • Analyze endpoint data and create metrics dashboards covering digital employee experience, incident drivers, and performance issues.
  • Design, implement, optimize, monitor, and troubleshoot enterprise infrastructure platforms and systems.
  • Collaborate with engineering, Service Desk, EUC, Infrastructure, leadership, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Support infrastructure governance, regulatory compliance, standards, documentation, and operational consistency.
  • Provide technical guidance to lower-level technical professionals and support data-driven recommendations for leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five years of professional experience in infrastructure engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise cloud, network, database, storage, platform, computing, and middleware technologies.
  • Experience with Nexthink dashboards, investigations, remote actions, and campaigns is preferred.
  • Four to seven or more years of experience in IT engineering, EUC, or IT operations is preferred.
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Strong experience with data visualization, dashboard design, scripting or automation such as PowerShell, and ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow is preferred.
  • Experience working in Agile teams and supporting DevOps within an enterprise Agile framework is preferred.
