Base Salary

$200k - $290k/yr

Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of state-of-the-art machine learning and deep learning systems.
Innovate in NLP, NLU, NLG, computer vision, and multi-modal learning.
Define and drive the roadmap for scalable ML infrastructure and research-to-production pipelines.
Architect experiments, conduct benchmarking, and analyze large-scale datasets.
Collaborate with engineering, product, and research teams to integrate ML systems.
Mentor and guide other scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation.
Stay ahead of industry advancements and influence the company’s research strategy.

PhD or MS in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in machine learning research and large-scale system deployment.
Deep expertise in natural language processing, computer vision, or multimodal learning.
Demonstrated success leading ML projects from research to production.
Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency with ML frameworks.
Experience with large-scale datasets and cloud-based ML infrastructure.
Excellent communication skills with a collaborative and mentoring mindset.
Prior experience in automation or related enterprise AI applications is a plus.
