Responsibilities
- Define technical strategy for AI system design and enterprise deployment.
- Partner with product teams to co-innovate and shape the roadmap.
- Develop reference architectures for scalable AI deployments.
- Lead governance and best-practice standardization across teams.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies for integration into the platform.
- Create strategies to optimize solution performance and security.
- Define and enforce best practices for AI system delivery.
- Lead lighthouse implementations demonstrating new capabilities.
- Generate new technical ideas through co-innovation.
- Represent UiPath's technical practices at industry events.
- Define customer technology strategy ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Build executive-level relationships with strategic customers.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration on lighthouse implementations.
- Mentor senior engineers and emerging technical leaders.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience in customer-facing roles.
- Deep expertise in LLM systems and production deployment.
- Strong proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript.
- Proven track record of defining technical strategy and delivering integrations.
- Experience leading lighthouse implementations with enterprise customers.
- Ability to influence product direction through field insights.
- Excellence in technical communication with diverse audiences.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites (up to 30-40%).
