Base Salary
$185k - $280k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy AI/ML models for complex business problems.
- Transition models from proof-of-concept to production-ready solutions.
- Review and contribute to codebases, maintaining high-quality engineering standards.
- Work with containerized environments to deploy and troubleshoot ML services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align solutions with business needs.
- Become a domain expert in key business areas to craft impactful data-driven solutions.
Requirements
- PhD with 3+ years or MS with 5+ years of industry experience in applied ML/GenAI or related fields.
- Proven track record of developing and deploying ML solutions in production.
- Strong programming skills in Python, Javascript, C++, Java, or Scala.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
