Responsibilities
- Set technical direction for major investments in AI Studio.
- Lead complex, multi-engineer initiatives from problem framing through delivery.
- Make hands-on contributions to critical parts of the product and platform.
- Partner closely with Product Management, Design, Data Science, and Engineering Management.
- Influence technical decisions beyond the immediate team.
- Mentor engineers and model excellent practices in technical design.
- Help evolve the team's engineering culture.
Requirements
- 7+ years of software engineering experience in production environments.
- Experience leading complex projects end-to-end.
- Strong technical design skills with a track record of improving systems.
- Excellent collaboration and delegation skills.
- Experience navigating ambiguity in product and architecture.
- Passion for mentoring engineers.
- Motivated by building software that enhances organizational coordination.
