Base Salary
$177k - $208k/yr
Responsibilities
- Embed with internal teams to gather requirements and identify high-impact AI use cases.
- Facilitate AI office hours and lead company-wide hackathons.
- Evaluate and configure AI tools and platforms for the organization.
- Design and deploy custom AI solutions tailored to specific team needs.
- Develop reusable playbooks, prompt libraries, and workflow templates.
- Architect and implement standardized AI workflows for scalability.
- Lead training sessions and workshops to teach effective AI tool usage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI technologies.
- Contribute to the AI strategy and roadmap at the organizational level.
- Communicate findings and advocate for AI adoption with stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent experience; a graduate degree is a plus.
- 5-7+ years of experience in engineering or solutions engineering roles.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience developing AI-centric products and solutions.
- Deep proficiency in Python and experience with AI frameworks and tools.
- Demonstrated ability to lead enablement programs and create scalable documentation.
- Proven experience gathering requirements from non-technical stakeholders.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills in unstructured environments.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
- A builder’s mindset with a passion for AI and helping others.
