Responsibilities
- Evolve the e-commerce platform and help define its future.
- Develop platform capabilities with a product development team while ensuring performance and scalability.
- Expand the microservices architecture by creating new services.
- Integrate D365FO with the Farfetch ecosystem and platform.
- Mentor and support the growth of other team members.
- Cooperate with other teams to ensure the technical feasibility of project scope.
Requirements
- Expertise in object-oriented languages such as C# or Java.
- Knowledge of unit testing and/or integration testing.
- Knowledge of SQL and experience with relational databases.
- Knowledge of REST APIs.
- Experience with NoSQL databases and SOA architecture is a plus.
- Experience with agile methodologies is a plus.
- Ability to work autonomously and make important technical decisions.
- Interest in large-scale systems and passion for solving complex problems.
- Commitment to code quality and modern software development best practices.
