Base Salary
$255k - $285k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and evolution of AI-powered backend systems for conversation guidance and personalized user experiences.
- Architect and scale agent-based systems, ensuring high-quality AI interactions.
- Establish best practices for building, testing, and iterating on AI agents.
- Drive experimentation and prototyping of new AI capabilities.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to shape innovative and responsible AI-driven features.
- Contribute expertise in Python and Google Cloud Platform to build robust services.
- Define and implement evaluation strategies for LLM-powered systems.
- Act as a technical advisor and thought leader across teams.
Requirements
- Deep experience building and scaling backend systems with strong expertise in Python.
- Proven track record of designing and deploying AI/ML-powered products.
- Hands-on experience with prompt engineering and evaluation of AI systems.
- Experience with cloud platforms like GCP for deploying and monitoring systems.
- Ability to set technical direction and influence across teams.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and take ownership of complex problems.
- Strong commitment to responsible and inclusive AI practices.
- Typically requires 10+ years of experience, with equivalent skills considered.
- High level of AI fluency and ability to leverage AI as a development partner.
