Responsibilities
- Own and drive large-scale, end-to-end ML systems for recommendations and personalization.
- Design and architect scalable ML platforms and pipelines.
- Build and optimize advanced models using modern ML frameworks.
- Lead the development of LLM-powered systems and AI agents.
- Establish best practices for experimentation and evaluation methodologies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Data teams.
- Mentor and elevate engineers, fostering a culture of respect and technical excellence.
- Take ownership of ambiguous problem spaces and drive initiatives from insight to impact.
Requirements
- Typically requires 8–12 years of experience in machine learning.
- Deep expertise in machine learning with experience in production-grade systems.
- Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Expertise in designing scalable ML and data pipelines using distributed systems.
- Experience working with LLMs and building production-ready AI features.
- Demonstrated ability to influence technical decisions as a senior individual contributor.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and ownership of outcomes.
- Advanced AI fluency with the ability to guide others in responsible AI practices.
