Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery for complex problem spaces.
- Provide guidance on system architecture and design.
- Develop high-quality, scalable, and reliable solutions.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, Analysts, and Engineers.
- Mentor and develop a team of engineers.
- Investigate and prototype new technologies for innovation.
- Be self-directed and drive towards solutions with minimal guidance.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software development experience.
- 3+ years of experience in system architecture and design.
- Proficiency in Python, React, Node.js, and GraphQL.
- Experience with cloud systems, preferably AWS.
- Knowledge of data platforms and pipelines, such as Snowflake and Airflow.
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Interest in AI and ML with a willingness to learn.
- Experience delivering high value to customers quickly.
- Familiarity with software engineering best practices.
