Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end architecture of consumer web experiences and backend services.
- Design cohesive systems across frontends, APIs, and operational observability.
- Drive initiatives to improve performance, accessibility, and software quality.
- Partner with Product, Design, and Data teams to innovate premium experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on integrations and technical direction.
- Provide technical leadership through design reviews, mentoring, and establishing best practices.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with consumer-facing web applications.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript, React, Node.js, GraphQL, and REST APIs.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Comfortable designing end-to-end solutions for scale and reliability.
- Understanding of testing strategy, observability, and CI/CD.
- Ability to mentor and communicate effectively with team members.
