Staff Solutions Engineer, Enterprise

Responsibilities
- Own the technical strategy for AlertMedia's largest enterprise opportunities.
- Partner with Enterprise Account Executives to develop account strategies.
- Lead consultative technical discovery sessions to understand customer needs.
- Deliver compelling, value-based product demonstrations to various audiences.
- Design and lead enterprise proof of concepts and technical evaluations.
- Advise customers on integrating AlertMedia into their technology environments.
- Own complex RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires for enterprise opportunities.
- Identify technical risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Influence product strategy with customer insights and technical feedback.
- Provide technical leadership through mentoring and best practices development.
- Develop scalable demo environments and reusable technical assets.
- Lead cross-functional technical initiatives to improve presales effectiveness.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering or related fields.
- Proven success in supporting complex enterprise sales cycles.
- Experience partnering with Enterprise Account Executives on strategic opportunities.
- Expertise in leading technical discovery and solution design.
- Deep knowledge of enterprise SaaS solution architectures and integrations.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to mentor and develop other Solutions Engineers.
- Experience creating reusable technical documentation and sales enablement content.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Customer-first mindset and passion for continuous improvement.
- Ability to leverage AI tools for technical research and solution design.
