Base Salary
$151k - $189k/yr
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical owner for Workday, managing configuration and support.
- Design and maintain integrations across Workday and connected systems.
- Define and own the AI roadmap within Workday, implementing relevant capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with SOX ITGC controls and maintain audit-ready documentation.
- Translate business needs into scalable system solutions for senior stakeholders.
- Mentor other HR systems practitioners and elevate team approaches.
Requirements
- 12 years of experience in HR systems with deep Workday expertise.
- Proven track record of leading complex Workday projects independently.
- Strong knowledge of Workday integration design and connecting to third-party tools.
- Experience with Workday's AI capabilities and ability to master new features quickly.
- Familiarity with access management and security roles in HR tech stacks.
- Ability to operate independently on complex problems and build trusted relationships.
