Base Salary
$175k - $225k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales and Success to deliver technical presentations covering ClickUp products and integrations.
- Design, develop, deploy, and manage customer-specific proof-of-value projects.
- Build custom reports and dynamic dashboards for prospective clients’ management teams.
- Support the functional and technical elements of RFPs.
- Maintain current knowledge of feature releases and updated demo spaces for Sales.
- Support customers across the Northeast, including periodic onsite meetings and enterprise deal support.
- Work with managers to coordinate team needs, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience designing and implementing agentic workflow automation using AI platforms, including autonomous agents, multi-step decisioning, and cross-app integrations.
- At least 6 years of customer-facing technology experience, ideally in pre-sales, consulting, implementation, or sales enablement.
- At least 2 years of demonstrated success working with commercial or enterprise clients.
- Understanding of application deployment processes, cloud transformation, change management, and organizational acceptance.
- Strong ability to influence technical and executive audiences toward desired outcomes.
- Creative problem-solving skills and sufficient technical background to develop lightweight custom solutions.
- Experience with business process mapping and diagramming, consumption-based selling, and value selling.
- Hands-on experience with AI, LLMs, integration platforms, web services, and APIs.
- Ability to support a hybrid Boston-based role, periodic in-person customer and team meetings, and up to 50% travel.
