Base Salary
$114k - $208k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction, architecture, technology choices, data models, and engineering standards for an AI-enabled Talent Acquisition platform capability.
- Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain full-stack applications and operational tools.
- Integrate recruiting and HR systems of record such as Greenhouse, Workday, and CRM or TRM tools.
- Design and build AI-powered tools, agents, and workflow automations that improve recruiting quality and productivity.
- Evaluate emerging AI capabilities and translate them into practical, adopted solutions.
- Build and maintain accurate, synchronized data pipelines across recruiting and HR platforms.
- Partner with TA leadership, Recruiting Operations, People Systems, Business Engineering, Engineering, and other stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
- Gather requirements, communicate trade-offs, set expectations, and incorporate stakeholder feedback through iteration.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience designing, building, and scaling business systems, applications, or automation and data platforms.
- At least 1–3 years of direct experience within Talent Acquisition or Recruiting Operations.
- Experience owning technical leadership for a system or platform, including architecture, engineering standards, and delivery through production.
- Strong full-stack engineering experience with modern web application development, APIs, and data architecture.
- Experience integrating systems and building accurate, synchronized data pipelines across platforms.
- Ability to translate ambiguous business requirements into scalable end-to-end technical solutions.
- Strong analytical and systems-thinking skills, including judgment about when to build, buy, or integrate.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills with technical and recruiting or HR stakeholders.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a builder mentality.

- Base salary range of $113,500-$208,100 USD.
- Stock-based compensation and other variable compensation may be available based on role and performance.
