Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical subject matter expert on OpenAI Codex for a portfolio of customers.
- Partner with customers to design and implement AI-enhanced development workflows.
- Build high-quality demos, reference implementations, and workflow automations using Codex.
- Lead workshops and enablement sessions to help engineering organizations adopt AI coding tools.
- Contribute technical content to the OpenAI Cookbook for the developer community.
- Gather product insights from customer deployments and translate them into product proposals.
- Influence customer strategy regarding AI coding tools in their software development lifecycle.
- Act as a trusted advisor on solution architecture and best-practice adoption.
Requirements
- 5+ years of post-sales engineering or solutions architecture experience.
- 2+ years of software engineering experience with a strong understanding of the software development life cycle.
- Active power user of AI coding tools with a customized developer workflow.
- Experience in building demos, integrations, and prototypes using Codex.
- Proven ability to deliver engaging workshops or technical training to engineering teams.
- Experience contributing technical guides or examples publicly.
- Strong communication skills for conveying complex technical concepts.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous, rapidly evolving problem spaces.
