Responsibilities
- Learn development tools, best practices, programming concepts, and the team’s business domain with mentor guidance.
- Collaborate with peers across software development activities.
- Complete simple coding tasks independently.
- Participate in design discussions and provide input.
- Document, implement, and test high-quality software features with peer and mentor assistance.
- Participate constructively in code reviews and submit code for review.
- Communicate the advantages of implemented software solutions.
Requirements
- Current student pursuing a four-year degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Basic programming skills in Java.
- Strong teamwork, analytical, organizational, interpersonal, documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong attention to detail.
