Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Java and Spring Boot backend services.
- Implement microservices architectures with emphasis on availability, resilience, and performance.
- Develop responsive and interactive user interfaces using React.js and Node.js.
- Contribute across the software development lifecycle from design through deployment and operational support.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, scope projects, and deliver solutions.
- Use cloud infrastructure for application deployment, scaling, and management.
- Drive modern CI/CD adoption using Release on Demand, GitHub Enterprise, Harness, and Lightspeed.
- Participate in code reviews, mentor junior developers, and promote technical excellence.
- Identify and address performance bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, and technical debt.
- Maintain documentation for developed components and processes.
Requirements
- 8–12 years of overall hands-on software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Java and good experience with Spring Boot.
- Solid experience designing and implementing microservices architectures.
- Experience developing API services using database technologies including MongoDB and Oraas.
- Good experience with React.js for front-end development.
- Hands-on experience with modern CI/CD tools and practices and experience with GitHub Enterprise.
- Mandatory experience with Lightspeed for accelerated software delivery.
- Strong written and verbal communication, problem-solving, collaboration, and independent-working abilities.
- Preferred exposure to additional UI technologies, Oracle, Python, Agile/Scrum environments, AI coding tools such as Devin, and AI use-case proof-of-concept implementations.
