Responsibilities
- Lead presales engagements, including RFP/RFI responses, solution architecture, effort estimation, commercial shaping, and executive presentations.
- Own end-to-end solution design across inventory management, service assurance, fault and performance management, order fulfillment, and orchestration.
- Architect greenfield OSS stacks aligned to TM Forum ODA, eTOM, and SID, including vendor selection and reference architecture creation.
- Define autonomous-network roadmaps involving closed-loop automation, intent-based orchestration, and zero-touch operations.
- Lead brownfield OSS modernization and legacy-to-target platform migrations across multi-vendor networks.
- Own inventory reconciliation, data migration, cutover, and rollback strategies across RAN, Core, Transport, and IP/Optical domains.
- Govern multi-year, multi-workstream programs and track scope, schedule, risks, quality, financials, KPIs, and SLAs.
- Coordinate L1/L2/L3 delivery teams across design, build, test, and operate phases.
- Mentor solution and delivery leads and develop reusable accelerators, frameworks, and playbooks.
Requirements
- Experience architecting and delivering OSS solutions across telecommunications domains is required by the scope of the role.
- Knowledge of TM Forum ODA, eTOM, and SID is required for the target architecture work.
- Ability to lead complex presales, modernization, migration, governance, and executive stakeholder engagements.
- Ability to coordinate multi-vendor delivery teams and manage technical accountability across the full delivery lifecycle.
