Responsibilities
- Analyze system and application architectures and ensure alignment with enterprise blueprints.
- Evaluate and test IT architecture solutions against user needs and requirements.
- Create moderately complex architecture designs that translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Research and produce architecture standards and investigate future industry trends.
- Advise development staff on emerging technologies and hardware/software interface design.
- Translate complex business problems into sound technical solutions.
- Assess risks, support compliance with laws and policies, and protect the firm's reputation and assets.
- Train and mentor junior team members and provide leadership within architecture teams.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of relevant experience, with 10 or more years of analysis and architecture experience stated as a qualification.
- Bachelor’s degree in programming/systems, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience with applications, systems, or IT operations.
- In-depth knowledge of a broad range of hardware and software products.
- Experience leading an agile team environment.
- Experience designing, developing, testing, and deploying applications or systems across varied technologies and environments.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and changing priorities, work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, take initiative, and learn new tasks quickly.
