Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through software design, implementation, and delivery.
- Establish and enforce development standards for consistency and quality.
- Guide architectural decisions and resolve complex technical challenges across teams.
- Align technical solutions, project objectives, and deliverables with business goals.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders on key decisions.
- Mentor junior team members and support team capability development.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Solution Architecture.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Proficiency in Solution Architecture.
- Expertise in designing scalable and maintainable software systems.
- Experience guiding teams through complex technical and architectural decisions.
- Ability to evaluate and implement practices for code quality and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with software development methodologies and lifecycle management.
- Ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
